As the Managing Director for the UK and Europe, you will develop and deliver the European fundraising strategy and plans and oversee all fundraising activities in Europe. These activities include individual giving, major gifts, bequests, corporate giving, and community fundraising. You will oversee fundraising activities and performance in Humane World for Animals' EU and UK offices, working closely with Country Directors and the VP of International Fundraising. You will manage all fundraisers in the region, ensuring they achieve their goals by providing guidance, training, performance management and career development. You will monitor and report on performance progress towards agreed revenue targets, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will create and manage the budget for fundraising expenses and income targets, setting and reviewing multi-year and annual investment and revenue targets.
